Octopus Matrix

• When you join Convninc as a subscriber, you automatically queue on a list of all subscribers. Since you are the last subscriber to join you will be the last subscriber on the list.
• Subscribers are introduced by different sponsors and super sponsors and it does not matter since the list/Q-UP does not recognize the sponsor or the super sponsor.
• All those who subscribed before you will be high on the list (above you) and those who subscribe/d after you will be below you on the list.
• The list is in chronological order

i. First subscriber –number 1 on the list.
ii. Fifteenth subscriber - number 15 on the list
iii. Hundredth subscriber -number 100 on the list

• The list will be used to create networks for all subscribers on the list
• If the list has 1 574 023 subscribers then 1 574 023 networks will be created. Every subscriber will have his/her own Q-UP network.
• The more subscribers join, the more networks are created
• The more subscribers join, the more the networks will grow (the network will have more subscribers)

Q-Up network is based on binary matrix

I. It extends up to 15 levels
II. It takes a maximum of 65 534 subscribers

• It is entirely on freebies basis and it is based on a first come, highest position and highest level basis
• When you subscribe on feeder, feeder plus and main you automatically have your Q-UP network

You will get 50 cents per subscriber (Once – Off) of all subscribers per network, the Network can have a maximum of 65 534 subscribers
The total you can earn will be 65 534 X 50 Cents = R32 767 accumulatively

Octopus – 3 is a network and it is based on cubic matrix

I. It extends up to 15 levels
II. It takes a maximum of 21 523 359 subscribers

• When you subscribe on feeder, feeder plus and main you immediately have your own octopus – 3 network. [Network starts from zero]
• You have to build your own network
• You, your uplines and your downlines jointly assist each other in building your network and their networks

Why me, my uplines and downlines and how?

• When a new subscriber joins, the new subscriber joins the network of the sponsor and the network of 14 uplines of the sponsor [15 network in total] [Downlines helping uplines]
• When you have introduced more than 3 subscribers all those beyond 3 are going to be spillovers and they will help build networks of downlines [Uplines helping downlines]
• The building of your network, your uplines’ networks and your downlines’ networks involve all of you because the introduction of 1 new subscriber affects the networks of 15 subscribers (Uplines).

II. Payments are effected once per month
III. You can get a maximum of R21 523 359 accumulatively

Birthday is an anniversary program and it is based on binary matrix. (Of Octopus – 3)

I. It extends up to 15 levels
II. It takes a maximum of 65 534 subscribers

• When you subscribe on Feeder , Feeder Plus and Main you immediately have your own birthday network.
• You build your own network
• When you, your uplines and downlines are busy assisting each other in building Octopus – 3 networks you are automatically building Birthday networks

• You get 10 cents per subscriber per annum
• You get a maximum of R6 553.40
• Payments are effected on your birthday only
• You get rewarded for life on your birthday

*If you are an organization (Not a natural person) no annual earnings will be effected.

Educator is an anniversary program and it is based on Birthday and is on binary matrix.
III. It extends up to 15 levels
IV. It takes a maximum of 65 534 subscribers

• When you subscribe on Feeder and Main you immediately have your own educator network if you are a natural person.
• You build your own network
• When you, your uplines and downlines are busy assisting each other in building Octopus – 3 networks you are automatically building Educator networks

• You get 40 cents per subscriber per annum
• You get a maximum of R26 213.60
• Payments are effected once per annum
• You get rewarded for 15 years if you are a student or you have dependants who are studying.
• Payments are transferred directly to an educational institution

Funeral Provision is an anniversary program and it is based on Birthday and is on binary matrix.

VI. It takes a maximum of 65 534 subscribers

• When you subscribe on Main you immediately have your own Funeral Provision network.
• You build your own network
• When you, your uplines and downlines are busy assisting each other in building Octopus – 3 networks you are automatically building Funeral Provision networks

• You get 50 cents per subscriber per annum
• You get a maximum of R32 767
• Payments are effected on your death for the funeral purpose only
