Revolving Matrix

All team members make their way to the top of the board through revolving matrix system which makes you graduate from a lower plan to a higher plan and/ or earn R500 to R500 000 over and over again. This system ensures your success And helps you to capitalize on the efforts of all team members present in the board.

• There are 4 levels and 15 places on the Revolving Matrix Board

• A Revolving Matrix Board will always have a minimum of 7 subscribers to commence with

• Level 1 will always have 8 places to be filled

• Once 8 places on Level 1 have been filled the board will have 15 subscribers (7 on Level 2-4 and 8 on Level 1)Once the board gets subscriber No 15 it automatically splits to create two new boards of 7 subscribers each on three levels namely level 2 to level 4. 8 Places on level 1 will be created on the 2 boards.

Process

When you join a Revolving Matrix Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Board and as the board fills (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally exiting the Board and rejoining one of the Revolving Matrix Board at Level 1 again. It is the only plan in the world, where all teams work together as 1 single entity and help each other make their way to different ranks included in the compensation plan.

• Intro

When you subscribe / join Convninc, you get a position at level 1 of the Intro Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort and finally graduating and exiting.

Graduation/Exit

When you graduate or exit the Intro Board for the first time

• You receive R500
• You rejoin the Intro Board at level 1 again
• You join the Bronze Board at level1

When you graduate or exit the Intro Board for the second time or more

• You receive R1 000
• You rejoin the Intro Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 1 new subscriber who is yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will
  Supersponsor Modisem 1
  This means that you have 2 subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of 2 different subscribers

Once in Intro Board always in Intro Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

When you have graduated from the Intro Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Bronze Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally graduating and exiting the Silver Board.

Graduation/Exit

When you graduate or exit the Bronze Board for the first time

• You receive R1 000
• You rejoin the Bronze Board at level 1 again
• You join the Silver Board at level 1

When you graduate or exit the Bronze Board for the second time or more

• You receive R2 000
• You rejoin the Bronze Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 2 new subscribers who are yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will Supersponsor Modisem 1 to Modisem 2
  This means that you have2 new subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of multiple subscriptions.

Once in Bronze Board always in Bronze Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

When you have graduated from the Bronze Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Silver Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally graduating and exiting the Silver Board.

Graduation/Exit

When you graduate or exit the Silver Board for the first time

• You receive R2 000
• You rejoin the Silver Board at level 1 again
• You join the Gold Board at level 1

When you graduate or exit the Silver Board for the second time or more

• You receive R4 000
• You rejoin the Silver Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 3 new subscribers who are yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will Supersponsor Modisem 1 to Modisem 3
  This means that you have 3 subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of multiple subscriptions.

Once in Silver Board always in Silver Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

When you have graduated from the Silver Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Gold Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally graduating and exiting the Gold Board.

Graduation/Exit

When you graduate or exit the Gold Board for the first time

• You receive R4 000
• You rejoin the Gold Board at level 1 again
• You join the Platinum Board at level 1

When you graduate or exit the Gold Board for the second time or more

• You receive R20 000
• You rejoin the Gold Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 14 new subscribers who are yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will Supersponsor Modisem 1 to Modisem 14
  This means that you have 14 new subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of multiple subscriptions

Once in Gold Board always in Gold Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

When you have graduated from the Gold Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Platinum Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally graduating and exiting the Platinum Board.

Graduation/Exit

When you graduate or exit the Platinum Board for the first time

• You receive R8 000
• You rejoin the Platinum Board at level 1 again
• You join the Presidential Board at level 1

When you graduate or exit the Platinum Board for the second time or more

• You receive R100 000
• You rejoin the Platinum Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 71 new subscribers who are yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will Supersponsor Modisem 1 to Modisem 71
  This means that you have 71 new subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of multiple subscriptions

Once in Platinum Board always in Platinum Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

When you have graduated from the Platinum Board, you get a position at level 1 of the Presidential Board and as the board fill (8 at level 1), It breaks into 2 Boards, giving you an uplift to the next level. There are 4 levels in any board, and members are pushed up from level 1 to level 4 with a combined effort finally graduating and exiting the Presidential Board.

When you graduate or exit the Presidential Board

• You receive R500 000
• You rejoin the Presidential Board at level 1 again
• You Supersponsor 356 new subscribers who are yourself i.e. If you are Modisem then you will Supersponsor Modisem 1 to Modisem 356
  This means that you have 356 new subscriptions belonging to you which entitle you to benefits of multiple subscriptions

Once in Presidential Board always in Presidential Board

Everytime you cycle out, you rejoin the board

• For a subscriber to graduate from any Revolving Matrix board (Intro, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Presidential boards) takes a team of 15 subscribers Revolving Matrix board.
• It is only fair then that when 1 subscriber (the one on level 4) is graduating and 14 others are rewarded as well.
• It is also fair to note that lower Revolving Matrix board contributes immensely and directly to graduations at higher boards.
• It is then only fair that a graduation at a higher board result in bonuses to subscribers on that board and all other lower boards that have the graduate.

How are bonuses paid?

• All first graduations on Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum will entitle you and the rest to no bonuses.
• All second or more graduations on Bronze to Platinum and any graduation on Presidential will entitle you to bonuses and they will be paid as follows:
